心理契约、共生型组织与行为绩效关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Psychological Contract, Symbiotic Organization and Behavioral Performance

摘要


随着新生代逐渐加盟企业组织,这些个体给传统组织的管理带来新的冲击;况且数字化技术在企业管理中的广泛应用,使新生代个体更能较好地利用新技术进行组织创新和管理创新,这些变化给企业组织的发展创造了巨大的发展新机遇。正是在这一背景下,组织管理研究领域不断涌现心理契约、共生型组织、关系绩效等领域逐渐成为组织行为学和人力资源管理领域的新热点。本文迎合这些研究热点趋向,采用文献研究法,在回顾了心理契约、共生型组织和关系绩效的概念、内涵和其相互关系的研究成果,并运用归纳法探讨了他们之间的关系和在管理实践中的应用,并在此基础上,解释了共生型组织的行为和关系绩效的正向作用,提出了基于心理契约的特点共建共生型组织的关系绩效的建议,和今后在此领域研究中或有可为的方向。

As the new generation gradually joins enterprise organizations, these individuals bring new impacts to the management of traditional organizations; besides, the wide application of digital technology in business management enables the new generation individuals to better use new technologies for organizational innovation and management. Innovation, these changes have created huge new development opportunities for the development of enterprise organizations. It is under this background that the fields of psychological contract, symbiotic organization, and relationship performance have gradually emerged in the field of organizational management research and have gradually become new hotspots in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management. This article caters to these research hotspots, adopts the literature research method, reviews the research results of the concept, connotation, and their interrelationships of psychological contract, symbiotic organization and relationship performance, and uses induction to explore the relationship between them and the management The application in practice, and on this basis, explained the positive effects of the behavior and relationship performance of symbiosis organizations, and proposed suggestions for co-building the relationship performance of symbiosis organizations based on the characteristics of psychological contracts, and future research in this field There may be promising directions.
