國教輔導團教師推廣原住民族文化教育培訓成效之研究

摘要


本研究旨在評估國教輔導團教師推廣原住民族文化教育培訓之成效,運用Kirkpatrick評估模式為研究之理論基礎,層次分析為探究的主軸。研究對象為本培訓課程受訓學員共98人。研究工具為自行發展具專家效度、內容效度的調查問卷,透過描述性統計、t檢定比較培訓前後的學習成效。結果發現受訓學員於培訓後,在原住民族文化歷史及教育相關法規、原住民族生態及狩獵文化等層面的學習認知上都有顯著的提升。整體而言,培訓後對各項目之瞭解程度,均達到有顯著的差異。綜合研究結果,歸納未來辦理原住民族文化教育培訓之建議,俾供日後推廣該相關研習課程之有效參考依據。

This study uses the Kirkpatrick evaluation model as the theoretical basis for the study, and the analytic hierarchy process is the main axis of exploration. The study object is 98 for Compulsory Education Counseling Group teachers. The research tools are self-developed questionnaire with expert validity and content validity. Through descriptive statistics, t test is used to compare the learning outcomes before and after training. The results showed that trainees had a significant improvement in the study of indigenous peoples 'history and educational regulations, indigenous peoples' ecology and hunting culture.
