注意力不足/過動症學生行為問題與介入策略之探究

Problem Behaviors and Intervention Strategies for students with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder

摘要


本文旨在探討注意力不足/過動症(Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)學生行為問題與介入策略。文中研究者先闡述注意力不足/過動症的定義,接著了解其成因,可能包含腦神經失常或神經傳導物質失衡、遺傳因素、環境毒素因素,再從行為特徵中,包含注意力不足、過動、衝動,進而統整更明確的介入策略,以提供第一線教學者實務應用。研究者歸納探究因應的介入策略,包含安排完善的班級環境、規劃適當的教學課程、設計具體可用的學習策略、慎選合適的教材教法、提供應試和評量調整策略,以促進學生的正向行為表現,提升學習成效及成就感。因此,期待師生雙方能有更正向的成長。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the problem behaviors and intervention strategies for students with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. The author summarized the behavioral intervention strategies for students with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder as follows:(a) to understand the definition, contributing factor, and behavioral characteristics of students with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, (b) to generalize some intervention strategies from many studies include arranging appropriate classroom management, curriculum, learning strategies, matters for teaching, participation in an examination, and assessment to promote positive behavior.
