2017臺北世大運志工工作滿意度與再服務意願之研究

A Study on Volunteers' Job Satisfaction and Continuous Service Intention in 2017 Taipei Universiade

摘要


本研究之目的在於:一、了解世大運志工工作滿意度、再服務意願之感受;二、比較不同背景變項之志工在世大運工作滿意度、再服務意願之差異情形;三、探討世大運志工工作滿意度與再服務意願相關情形;四、探討世大運志工工作滿意度對再服務意願之預測情形。本研究透過網路問卷收集所需資料,問卷包含:一、不同背景變項;二、工作滿意度量表;三、再服務意願量表。以參與臺北世大運志工為本研究對象。共獲得有效問卷810份。資料處理利用SPSS 23.0進行分析,採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe'事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸,獲得以下研究結果:一、世大運志工工作滿意度大致良好,再服務意願頗高;二、不同性別之志工在「再服務意願」達顯著差異;三、不同志工類別、教育程度、服勤城市、服勤地點、年齡、擔任志工之次數、擔任志工之經驗等七項,在「工作福利」、「服勤與培訓」、「再服務意願」上達顯著差異;四、工作滿意度與再服務意願呈顯著正相關;五、工作滿意度具有預測再服務意願之解釋力。

The purpose of this study was to explore as follows: First, to know volunteers' job satisfaction and continuous service intention in 2017 Taipei Universiade. Second, to compare the differences of the volunteers in various backgrounds about their job stisfaction and continuous service intention in 2017 Taipei Universiade. Third, to explore the relationship between volunteers' job satisfaction and continuous service intention in 2017 Taipei Universiade. Fourth, to know the prediction of volunteers' job stisfaction toward continuous service intention. This study collected the information from the questionnaire survey on the internet which included the differences of the volunteers in various backgrounds, the service satisfaction scale, the continuous service intention scare. Based on the subjects of those volunteers in 2017 Taipei Universiade, the researcher collected 810 returned valid questionnaires. SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the information and some results were obtained through Descriptive Statistics, Independent-Sample T Test, One Way ANOVA, Scheffe' Post-hoc Analysis, Pearson's Product-moment correlation coefficient. First, volunteers' job stisfaction in 2017 Taipei Universiade is good and their continuous service intention are quite high. Second, significant differences are reached in the continuous service intention between different genders. Third, distinctive differences are got in work fare, training and continuous service intention among seven items as follows: different kinds of volunteers, the education level, the city which volunteers serve in, the place which volunteers serve in, age, the times of being a volunteer, the experience of being a volunteer and so on. Fourth, job satisfaction and continuous service intention present positive correlation. Fifth, job satisfaction highly supports the prediction of the continuous service intention.
