The human skeletal remains of Shang Dynasty uncovered from Anyang, Honan Province were studied morphologically by Chinese Physical anthropologists more than half a century but their racial type attributions are still unsolved and remain controversial. The purpose of this paper is to reexamine those human skeletal remains by using the incidence of the supra orbital foramen and the hypoglossal canal bridging. The result of present study suggests that those remains are attributed to the descendants of ancient Mongloids.
