摘要

Aims: Evaluating families' needs and concerns is essential for implementing family-centered early interventions. This study aims to develop and validate Family Needs Survey-Traditional Chinese Version (FNS-TC) by translating and modifying the Family Needs Survey-Revised. Methods: The content of the FNSTC was validated by experts and parents in subsequent meetings. The participants comprised 304 parents of children with developmental delays who completed the FNS-TC. Results: Exploratory factor analysis indicated that the FNS-TC exhibited a seven-factor structure, which included ＂Family and Social Support,＂ ＂Explaining to Others,＂ ＂Financial Support,＂ ＂Professional Support,＂ ＂Community Services,＂ ＂Parenting,＂ and ＂Service Information.＂ The families showed higher needs in ＂Parenting,＂ ＂Service Information,＂ and ＂Professional Support,＂ while showing lower needs in ＂Community Services.＂ Conclusion: The FNS-TC exhibited acceptable psychometric properties and is applicable to evaluating family needs for children with developmental delays in Taiwan.

目的：評估家庭需求與關切事項對於以家庭為中心的早期療育服務非常重要，本研究的目的是將家庭需求問卷翻譯為繁體中文版，並驗證其心理計量性質。方法：家庭需求問卷在翻譯成繁體中文版後，修改了一個項目，以專家及家長參與的會議建立其內容效度，參與者為304位發展遲緩兒童的家長，在簽署知情同意書後參與本研究。所有參與者都填寫家庭需求問卷繁體中文版兩次，期間間隔一個星期。結果：探索性因素分析的結果顯示家庭需求問卷繁體中文版呈現七個因素的結構，包括：家庭與社會支持、向他人解釋、財務、專業支持、社區服務、親職與服務資訊。家長填寫的結果顯示在親職、服務資訊、專業支持方面有較高的需求，在社區服務則有較低的需求。結論：家庭需求問卷繁體中文版具有可以接受的心理計量性質，可以應用於評估發展遲緩兒童的家庭需求。
