摘要


一、二十一世紀是一個高知識、高科技、高專業的時代,創造不斷成長的環境是領導者的責任。二、現代的戰爭模式已進入第三波,第三波戰爭的特色是智慧化、知識化與資訊化,建構學習型組織有助於提高部隊的戰力。學習型的組織,可創造一個鼓勵組織成員學習與成長的環境,使團隊不斷的進步。三、學習型組織是一種不斷創新與成長的組織,組織成員透過學習將知識轉化成組織的總體競爭力。四、建構學習型組織提高部隊戰力具體作法:(一)領導者帶頭推動。(二)建構數位化的學習系統。(三)暢通學術交流管道。(四)營造良好學習環境和文化。

The patten of modern war has come to the third-wave. The characteristics of Third-Wave War are more intellectual, better educated, and more informational. Thus, founding learning organization can help improve the capabilities of the forces. A learning organization can create an environment that encourages its members to learn and grow, and allow the whole team to improve. III. A learning organization is an organization that keeps on innovating and growing. Members would transform their knowledge into the competitive edge for their team. IV. The ways of founding a learning organization in order to improve the capabilities of the forces are as follows: a. The leaders lead ahead. b. Set up a digital learning system. c. Allow interactions in communicating academic studies. d. Create a better learning environment and culture.
