探索合作學習運用在國軍模擬器教學訓練之研究

摘要


武器操作與接戰訓練向來是國軍訓練機構為作戰部隊儲備戰力的主要手段。如何運用合適的教學方式,提升國軍短期訓練的訓練成效,為本研究試圖探討的議題。合作式學習已被廣泛證實在教育領域具有提升學習動機與學習成效的良好效果。本研究以國軍專業專長複訓班隊(高階訓練)為研究對象,試圖檢視合作式學習在短期軍事訓練班隊是否具有提升學習動機與學習成效的效果。本研究採實驗研究法之非隨機實驗控制組前後測設計,研究對象為國軍某學校專長複訓班三個班隊學員,分派兩班為實驗組採合作學習教學、一班為控制組採個別練習教學。以自編「模擬器學習動機量表」、「準則學科測驗」、「戰況術科測驗」為研究工具進行前、後測,實驗結束後進行訪談以瞭解實驗效果。對蒐集的量化資料,以前測為共變項,對後測分數進行共變數分析以確定實驗效果,並對訪談資料作詮釋分析,兩種分析交叉比較。結果顯示,採用合作學習教學是相當可行的,可提升國軍進訓人員學習動機與專業技能。

Weapon system operation and engagements are key measures to combat readiness. This research attempted to identify a better teaching strategy for short-term military training to improve training effectiveness. Cooperative learning had been verified to be a better teaching strategy for education to promote learning motivation and learning effectiveness. This study adopts nonrandomized experimental control group pretest and posttest design. The objects of this study are the trainees from three air-defense refresher training classes at a military school. One class adopted the individual practice teaching as control group; two classes adopted the cooperative learning as experimental groups. Three instruments were developed for pretests and posttests, including "Simulator Learning Motivation Scale", "Air-Defense Doctrine Test", and "Drill Test". The experimental effects were confirmed via ANCOVA analysis. The results show that cooperative learning has the potential to enhance trainees' motivation to learn, expertise and skill in military training courses.
