摘要

本研究旨在探討海軍後勤支援物料需求撥發作業流程現況與改善策略之研究，擬採用自製「海軍後勤支援物料需求撥發作業流程調查問卷」為研究工具。本研究發現在個人屬性方面，服役年資與流程創新的接受度在統計上具顯著差異。依據實證分析之結果發現，在海軍後勤支援物料需求撥發作業流程中首重「接收程序」，其次為「撥發程序」，最後為「退換程序」。從研究結果可發現大部分受訪者皆認同創新流程可提升工作效率且不會增加工作負擔，因此，管理者可更有信心依據層級分析之結果，並避免因流程的變動而導致作業人員適應不良或錯誤率提高，可針對主要流程邀集相關人員進行流程改善之研討，逐步進行流程改善，並依據試行結果評估下一階段的改善方向。

The study is to research the current situation of Logistic Operation Processes of the R.O.C Navy Logistics Support Unit and improving strategies by using self-made questionnaire. We found the statistical significant defferential between services' age and the acceptance of process innovation in participants' personal characteristics. According to the results of analysis, the most important of the Logisitcs opearion process is ＂reception process＂, and the second is ＂appropriation process＂, and the last is ＂replacement process＂. The study also found that most of the participants recongnized the working efficiency has been improved without increasing workload by process innovation. Therefore, managers could discuss about how to improve the main process gradually with related personnel acoording to the results by AHP. The test of the process will be used to evaluate the direction of improvement in next stage.
