The new of China's first aircraft carrier ＂Liaoning＂ commissioned in PLA Navy has proved the conjecture that China would develop aircraft carrier and significant changes of China's marine strategy. China's development aircraft carrier has influence the force balance in Asia and impacted the USA's strategic deployment in East Asian .Therefore, the neighboring countries input quite military resorce immediately to collect and analysis the information of China's aircraft carriersea trial. Taiwan is located on a key positions of aircraft carriersea's pass in and out the Pacific Ocean, and also be looked upon as a important indicator of reunification of the motherland. Even most of critics believe that a great part of the development of aircraft carriers is toward Taiwan. The Taiwan military should be actively devote to collect and analysis relevant information to develop countermeasure as to ensure the safety of Taiwan-Pong Hu defense.
