中共航母編隊發展之研究

自二次大戰以來航母戰鬥群(Carrier Battle Group CBG)在歷次大戰中都大顯神威，無疑是目前戰爭中最重要的作戰核心，但無論什麼時候，航母不是「單打獨鬥」，它是由各式艦、機所組成，可提供足夠的「海上戰略縱深」，來確保戰爭的優勢。　　中共在航母機動編隊逐漸成型後，可說是未來其綜合戰力的表現，不僅僅運用其強大的軍事力量在戰術上取得決定性的優勢，在戰略上更是重要的手腕；但無論其戰力有多強，若無相關完整的配套，仍難發揮作用，只能是海上的箭靶，終究可能在科技日新月異的武器發展之下，成為海底的人工魚礁，因此研究中共航母編隊的發展相當重要，正所謂「知己知彼，百戰不殆」。　　我們要做最壞的打算，最好的準備來發展屬於自己的國防工業，適合的武器雖需要相當長的時間、金錢、研發與努力，試想中共花20～30年的時間與無法估計的人力、金錢來發展航母機動編隊，我們更應該要有強烈的企圖心，才能維護國家的安全與生存權。　　共軍發展航母的戰略涵義，係將海戰從平面推向立體，及一圓中共的海洋大國之夢；其對於臺海安全的影響為共軍擁有航母可能藉航母執行護油行動與宣示南海島嶼主權且將破壞世界各地戰略平衡，值得探研。
