摘要

一、北韓領導人金正恩自從上任之後，朝鮮半島一直處於詭譎多變的局面，過去以來全球都在看北韓所引發的問題，尤其是這個俗稱亞洲火藥庫的國家又會做出何種驚人的舉動。所謂朝鮮半島危機其實是北韓、南韓、日本與美國之間彼此進行的緊張局勢，主要原因是北韓在2012年12月發射光明星三號及2013年2月所進行的核試驗等事件所引發的危機升級，因而造成整個東北亞情勢因北韓核武問題受到牽動與震盪。二、北韓甚至對外宣稱不承認朝鮮停戰協定，也透過國際媒體放話將用核武攻擊南韓或是美國。其實早在2003年時就有由中國大陸、美國、俄羅斯、日本、南韓與北韓等六國針對朝鮮半島問題所舉行的「六方會談」多邊框架，試圖解決北韓的核危機。但朝鮮半島問題看似是北韓居於問題核心，其實背後卻隱藏著大國間的相互角力與競逐，種種因素之下讓朝鮮半島問題在國際間成為焦點，其實這些也都關係著區域的安全影響與戰略意涵，也是本文試圖探討分析的重點。

In fact, ＂the six-party talks,＂ Back in 2003 there by China, the United States, Russia, Japan, South Korea and North Korea on the Korean Peninsula and other issues for the six countries held a multilateral framework, trying to resolve the North Korean nuclear crisis. But the Korean Peninsula issue appears to be the core of living in North Korea, in fact, but hidden behind each other to wrestle with competing great powers, under a variety of factors make the Korean peninsula has become the focus in the international community, in fact, are related to the safety of the affected area and strategic implications, but also the focus of this paper attempts to explore the analysis.
