摘要

一、2019年4月26日美國新型兩棲突擊艦「美利堅號」部署至日本長崎佐世保基地，接替美軍原「胡蜂級」兩棲突擊艦，該艦具備全新兩棲作戰性能，更能保障美國在印太地區的戰略優勢。隨著該艦增加參與聯合軍事演習的數量、頻率與規模，做為印太地區海上威懾力量角色越趨重要。二、美利堅號兩棲突擊艦依據作戰任務，可進行「標準模式」與「制海模式」兩種艦儎機搭配，以發揮掩護地面作戰、聯合作戰、對海攻擊、對空防禦能力等效能，凸顯該型艦具有執行多元任務之優勢。三、美國陸戰隊未來在運用新型兩棲突擊艦上，是否會對印度－太平洋區域的安全產生戰略影響；而目前部署之「美利堅號」是否能持續保持優勢、達成任務，都牽動該地區安全體系的發展，值得密注觀察。

1.On April 26, 2019, America-class amphibious assault ship was deployed in Sasebo base of the US Navy in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. America-class amphibious assault ship is equipped with new amphibious combat capabilities to better protect the US strategic advantage in the Indo- Pacific region. With increasing in the number, frequency, and scale of America-class amphibious assault ship participating in joint military exercises, and it has become increasingly important as a maritime deterrent in the Indo-Pacific region. 2.America-class amphibious assault ship can carry out two types of carrier-based aircraft in the ＂general mode＂ and ＂sea-control mode＂ according to the combat mission, and it can exert the effectiveness of sheltering sea-air operations, sea-attack capabilities, and air-defense capabilities. 3.By using the American-class amphibious assault ship, whether US Marine Corps will have a significant impact on Indo-Pacific regional strategy on the future. Nowadays, whether America-class amphibious assault ship deployed in Japan can continue to maintain its advantages and achieve combat operations, which will affect the development of the regional security system. That is worthy to taking attention.
