Application of computer information system In Nursing station transmission work

摘要

Under the development of information technology, nursing managers should consider the nursing care with the help of information technology, so that the working environment of the hospital can meet the expectation of nursing staff and improve the job satisfaction. The tradition of nursing practice faces the need to constantly call and contact the transporter, transmission of patients, checklists, blood orders, consultation orders, borrowing equipment etc., and the transporter may face many tasks. Sometimes because of forgetting or too many tasks confused, resulting in poor performance. Nursing staff have to call the department repeatedly, resulting in lower job satisfaction. In 2017 years, we apply the information technology system in the transfer business allocation, before the on-line first carries on the nursing personnel and the transport personnel's education training. Each transport personnel all has wears an intelligent mobile phone, the nursing personnel enters the work task in the computer, the computer system design automatically assigns to a certain transporter, transmits the personnel handset to present the task list, perform work according to the task list. The hospital information group regularly discusses the effectiveness of the system quarterly. The results show that staff members are most satisfactory with the system, and the department manager can inspect the average of each transporter's work volume and monitor the quality of the task time, effectively reducing the patient's waiting time.
