摘要

本研究欲探討「醫養合一多功能健康園區」開發建置需求性及關鍵因素。健康園區的開發是未來高齡者居住模式的發展主軸，前瞻導向的策略模組更是開發的跨專業團隊極需要的目光。在健康園區內要有多功能的軟實力，連結居住、健康、尊嚴生活形成金三角的中間階層，即是醫養合一的建構。本研究運用焦點座談，結合產業、官方、學術、醫療、社工、民眾等，探討前瞻導向多功能醫養合一健康園區開發關鍵需求因素，發現其需求功能為養護、復健及健康促進，是連續型照護社區模式，從健康到終老都是服務規劃範圍。與醫養緊密結合的必要功能是長照、代間、社區及職務再設計。在服務裡以身體照顧、休閒、終身學習、心理照顧、食農為主要訴求。而服務使用者的考量因素，主要在地理環境、場域的熟悉時程、長照資源、經濟因素，此四項為主要的重點。健康園區要有便利性的交通及醫療資源整合，高齡者醫療要掌控，也要及時處理，讓高齡期可以享有健康且有尊嚴的生活品質，高齡者才能活得好、老得慢、病得輕。

Health park has been considered a promising residential model for the elderly, and its development calls for the collaboration of cross-disciplinary professionals focusing on forward-looking strategies capable of building a multifunctional living environment integrating comprehensive geriatric care and senior services in a manner that meets the need of health and dignity of its residents. The study uses focus group discussions to collect the opinions of members from related industries, government agencies, academia, medical and healthcare communities, and social welfare organizations for exploring key factors for the development of a forward-looking multifunctional health park. We identify the major demands of park residents in medical care, rehabilitation and health promotion. The operation model of the health park should be based on a network of continuous community care offering services ranging from healthy aging to end-of-life concerns. The essential functions should encompass long-term care, inter-generation activities, community activities and job remodeling supplemented by services related to physical and mental care, leisure and recreation, lifelong learning, and green activities like gardening. Prospective park residents tend to make decisions with attention directed to the following four major factors: location/environment, ease of getting accustomed to life at the park, long-term care resources, and financial affordability. The health park should be equipped with easy traffic accessibility and integrated healthcare resources to help its elderly residents enjoy efficient and timely medical and daily services to age with dignity and peace of mind.
