教師甄選融入特殊教育議題對解決融合教育困境之研究

The Study of Special Education Issue into Teacher Selection Test to Promote Competency for Special Education

摘要


本研究旨在探討教師甄選融入特殊教育議題對解決融合教育困境之關聯性。研究方法採質性研究,以文件分析法分析近六年教師甄選試題,並根據研究者編制的訪談大綱,訪談8名通過教師甄選之正式教師,將收集到的資料分析,瞭解國小教師準備教師甄選特殊教育試題之困境與教師對特殊教育議題融入教師甄選解決融合教育困境之看法,本研究結果如下:一、國小教師甄選特殊教育試題出題比例及分類近六年教師甄選特殊教育相關試題共有131題,佔總比率約為4.75%。依據試題內容,「鑑定與安置」與「課程教學與評量」各佔27.48%,「認識特殊教育類別」佔25.19%,「班級經營與支援服務」佔19.85%。普通班教師實施融合教育所需具備的特殊教育知能,與教師甄選中的特殊教育相關試題有相關性。二、國小教師準備教師甄選特殊教育試題之困境國小教師在師資培育階段都修習過特殊教育相關課程,大部分教師認為不足以應付教師甄選。準教師在準備特殊教育試題時會遇到身心障礙類別多種、特殊教育專業度不足等相關困擾,會透過相關方式解決融合教育困境,口試中也常會被問及實施融合教育所需的特殊教育相關試題。三、國小教師對特殊教育議題融入教師甄選解決融合教育困境之看法6名受訪者贊成特殊教育議題融入教師甄選有助於解決融合教育困境,有2名受訪者持反對意見,認為相關的特殊教育試題內容太過於理論。有7名受訪者認為教師甄選有融入特殊教育相關試題之必要,教師們建議在考題上可以調整為實務情境的處理,更貼近教學現場,可以更符合教學實務。

This study aims to explore the relevance of special education issues into general teacher selection test to promote competency for special education. This study is a qualitative research, using document analysis to analyze the test of teacher selection for the past six years, and interviewing 8 formal teachers through teacher selection with individual interviews, to explore the dilemma of the elementary teachers preparation of special education questions. And the mixed class teacher's opinion of special education issues into elementary teacher selection to promote competency for specia education. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The proportion and classification of special education questions by the elementary teachers selection. In the past six years, there have been 131 special education questions for teachers selection , about 4.75% of the total. " Identification and Placement" and "Teaching and Assessment" each accounted for 27.48%, "Understanding Special Education Category" accounted for 25.19%, and "Class Management and Support Services" accounted for 19.85%. The special educational knowledge of regular class teachers, which is related to the special education questions. 2. The dilemma of the elementary teachers preparation of special education questions. Elementary teachers have taken special education-related courses in the teacher training stage. Most teachers think that they are not enough to cope with teacher selection. In prepared for the special education questions, the teachers encountered too much disability categories and the insufficient knowledge of teachers on special education, and will enhance the special education knowledge through relevant methods. Oral examinations are often asked about special education-related questions. 3. The mixed class teacher's opinion of special education issues into elementary teacher selection to promote competency for special education. Six respondents believed that the inclusion of special education issues in teacher selection helped to promote competency for special education. Two respondents disagreed and thought that the relevant special education questions were too theoretical. Seven respondents believe that teacher selection have the need to integrate special education-related questions. Teachers suggest that the questions can be adjusted to the practical situation, closer to the teaching site, avoiding too theoretical topics, and more in line with teaching practice.
