Research on User Inquiries Identification Method Based on Electronic Medical Records

摘要

Objective: Based on the electronic medical record to better identify the user's intent to achieve accurate query. Methods: By calculating the information entropy of the professional medical terms appearing in the query, on the basis of this, the user's intention to professional medical vocabulary is matched by calculating similarity with the data in the medical terminology. Results: The value of the comprehensive concept semantic similarity algorithm proposed in this paper is closer to the expert's experience evaluation value, which is consistent with the actual situation in the medical field. Conclusion: The concept of medical specialty that appears in the user query is used to find matching content in the medical term set by calculating the similarity of information entropy, and to match the intent of the medical professional concept. In turn, the user's query intent can be accurately identified.
