"Taipei People" is a novel written by Pai Hsien-Yung, which represents the age of historical culture, regional landscapes and the routines of daily life of people living in Taipei City before 1960s. This study tries to elaborate nostalgic geographical landscapes and human landscapes of that period of time by using a geographical approach to highlight a cross-domain perspective in literature, and reimage the geographical features of historic relics. Furthermore, it illuminates the spatial and temporal connections related with geography and its later development.
