教師領導係當代學校革新與領導理論的主要發展趨勢之一。教師領導的研究在國內近十餘年來已累積不少研究成果,為利國內教育研究的發展,有必要釐清國內現有研究成果,並建議未來的發展方向,以做為進一步研究的參考。本文搜錄了73篇國內有關教師領導的實徵研究,並從研究對象與研究方法、以及教師領導實施狀況、實施成效、實施困境與影響因素等五個面向,加以探討分析既有研究發現,然後提出:建構本土化的概念架構、擴大研究範圍與對象、運用多元的研究方法、擴展研究主題、進行各種職位教師領導狀況的研究、擴大研究變項來建構更完整的知識架構、加強中介變項與調節變項的研究等七個發展方向。
Teacher leadership is one of the developing trends in contemporary school innovations and leadership theories. There have been a lot of new research results in Taiwan in recent years. In order to facilitate the development of teacher leadership research, this paper has analyzed 73 empirical research studies and suggests the likely new and developing directions for research in teacher leadership in Taiwan, ROC. The paper analyzes the empirical studies from five dimensions: research subjects and methods, implementation conditions, effects, difficulties, and the contributing factors with regard to teacher leadership. Based on an analysis of the findings, this paper suggests seven developing directions for teacher leadership research: (1) constructing a localized concept framework, (2) broadening the research scope and subjects, (3) adopting multiple research methods, (4) varying research topics, (5) studying various positions regarding teacher leadership, (6) enlarging the research variables, (7) enhancing the research on intermediary variables and moderating variables.
