我國大專生社團工作投入、社團工作滿足與社團留任傾向關係之研究

Research on the Relationship between College Association Stay and Association Job Involvement and Association Job Satisfaction of College Student

摘要


本研究共分兩部份,首先建構觀念架構,並試圖整理出數個與傳統工作相關構念不盡相同的社團參與構念,分別是大專生社團工作投入(其內含因素為社團工作參與及社團工作關懷),大專生社團工作滿足(其內含因素為社團工作滿意、社團領導者滿意)等構面與內涵。本研究運用第一部份建立的架構與假設進行實證分析發現社團工作投入、社團工作滿足等二構面皆對社團留任傾向之間的關係有顯著影響。其中以社團工作參與、社團領導者滿意二因素對社團留任傾向為強而有力的預測變項。本研究貢獻有二:其一建構大專生社團工作參與相關的構念與變數,並由之建立試探性社團留任傾向理論架構。其二對上述變數與關係進行實證分析並獲得滿意的結果。

並列摘要


There are two parts in the research, First, In order to establish a conceptual model of association stay, we established a set of constructs which are association job involvement and association job satisfaction association stay. According to empirical study by the study, their validity and consistency are acceptable. Second, In order to test the power of forcasting and explanation for the model, we try to establish a set of hypothesis, which can prove the conceptual model and hypothesis established are both validity in explanation and forcasting ability.
