組織文化對創新能力之影響-以臺灣地區電線電纜上市公司為例

An Empirical Study Concerning the Effect of Organization Culture on Innovation Ability at Public Listed Electric Wire & Cable Companies in Taiwan Stock Exchange

摘要


創新能力是企業永續經營的條件之一,本研究嘗試由組織文化型態來探討電線電纜業員工對此課題的觀點,藉以提出建議予相關企業經營者。研究對象為2002年臺灣證券交易所已上市之電線電纜公司,採分層比例抽樣方式發出問卷,共發出395份問卷與回收341份,因樣本代表性之故,最後以339份進行分析。除一般敘述性統計外,亦使用主成份因素分析法來萃取各構面的主要因素;進而運用典型相關分析法來探討構面之間的關聯性。藉由資料分析,獲得主要結論有:1.在組織文化裡,創新精神仍是不變的指標。2.在創新能力方面,有受到組織文化的影響。經由結論提出對此行業經營者之建議:1.經由過當的組織文化,藉以激發員工在工作上追求創新,以影響並提昇企業之創新能力。2.調整組織文化,而將此傳統行業帶領到以創新精神為指標的領域。

Innovation ability is one of the basic functions of an enterprise. Based on this concept, this study is based on employees' view concerning the inter-relationship between the enterprise innovation ability and the organization culture. This research adopts the public listed electric wire & cable companies' annual report at Year 2002 of Taiwan Stock Exchange to collect the data. A total of 395 pieces of questionnaires were sent and 341 pieces were collected, whereby 339 pieces were used for analysis. Both descriptive statistics and factor analysis were used to find the major factors of the dimensions and canonical correlation analysis to find out the effect between these dimensions. Conclusions include: 1. Innovation spirit is still the core factor of the organization culture. 2. There is a positive correlation between innovation ability and organization culture. According to the above conclusions, we make the following suggestions to the business management groups: 1. Through adequate organization culture, employees are able to be inspirited for pursuing innovation in their work life, and upgrade enterprise innovation ability. 2. Lead this conventional business to the field of innovation by adopting the suitable organization culture.
