在全球競爭快速變革時代中,資訊科技發達及大環境變遷急遽;在此發展趨勢之下,企業為達永續經營與發展,必須不斷地推陳出新,以避免被社會淘汰。組織在面臨到環境的改變與激烈競爭壓力時,領導者為決定整個組織走向的主軸,因此在組織中扮演著相當重要的角色;在不同的領導風格之下,領導者所做出之決策與整個組織存在著密不可分的關係。 近年來,創新方面的議題不斷的受到社會大眾的重視,企業為了永續生存之目的,隨時學習新知且不斷開發新的利基已是組織經營必經之路;因此,創新能力儼然成為組織生存的必要條件之一。組織創新能力在合宜的領導型態之下能帶出組織特有的文化,激發組織在各個層面執行之成效,以期能於未來組織發展與走向上做更進一步有效之判斷,以提升組織經營之成效。 本研究採用問卷調查方式,以140位國內上市上櫃之電子資訊業公司員工為研究對象,並以統計軟體AMOS 6.0版驗證所提出之研究假設。實證結果如下:(1)組織創新能力對組織創新績效有正向顯著關係,(2)領導者之領導風格型態對組織創新績效有正向顯著關係,(3)領導者之領導風格型態在組織創新能力對組織創新績效間有干擾效果。
In the age of globally competitive market, enterprise must keep upgrading by building innovation capability to avoid phase-out from the market. CEO plays a vital role in organizations. Under different leadership styles, CEO’s decision has a different influence on the entire organization. In recent years, people attach more importance to the issue of innovation. Keep learning new knowledge and exploiting new niches at any moment are the ways to survive. Hence, the innovation capability becomes one of requirements for the existence of the organization. Organizational innovation capability under a suitable leadership style carries the organization’s especial culture and influences the effects in different levels, so that the CEO may do a better decision for organization to improve the performance in the future. This study uses questionnaire survey in this research to collect 149 employees of listed and OTC electronics information companies in Taiwan as the subject of study. This study uses AMOS 6.0 statistics software to test the hypotheses. The outcomes are: (1) organizational innovation capability and organizational innovation performance have a positive relationship, (2) the leadership style and organizational innovation performance have a positive relationship, and (3) the leadership style moderates the relationship between organizational innovation capability and organizational innovation performance.
