文化創意產業與大學產學合作之探討-以國立臺灣藝術大學文化創意產學園區為例

摘要


隨著全球性創意經濟的熱潮與趨勢,發展文化創意產業為當今行政院政策推展的六大新興產業之一,「培育優質創新人才」及「加強學校與產業連結」為當今國家政策的重點。究其產業資源之根本,在於人才培育,大學所培育的專業文創人才尤為主力。國立臺灣藝術大學為臺灣歷史最悠久、文創產業相關科系最為完整的藝術大學,並有全臺唯一於由大學設立與管理的文創園區,因之,以之為研究具有其獨特性與重要性。然由於相關研究文獻少,且多為理念之論述,爰本文從實務面的角度切入,以國立臺灣藝術大學文化創意產學園區為例,探討文化創意產業與大學產學合作之策略及問題。研究結論:於臺藝大文創園區中,文創產業與大學產學合作之策略有五大主軸,包括教學實習、研究創新、產業育成、文創推廣、以及產品行銷,文中並提出4項於園區進行產學合作的問題。

With the global boom and the trend of the creative economy, "the development of cultural and creative industries" is the emerging industry for the Executive Yuan to promote today. "Cultivating high-quality innovative talents" and "focusing on the links between universities and industry are the national policy focus. The fundament of its industrial resources is the personnel training, especially form university. The departments of National Taiwan University of Arts (NTUA) cover almost all of the cultural and creative industries, and have the Cultural and Creative Industry Park to implement the industry-academy cooperation. From the practical point of view, this case study aims to explore the cooperation strategies of cultural and creative industry and university with the cultural creative industry park, NTUA as an example. The results show that there are 5 strategies, including teaching and student internships, research and development, industry incubation, cultural and creative promotion, and product marketing. Also four difficulties about industry-academy cooperation are proposed.
