The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among Organizational Justice, flow experience and Work Performance. In this study, data of employees are collected by way of non-random sampling method to facilitate questionnaires, To test the research hypotheses, factor analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the other analyses were all done by SPSS. The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows: Organizational justice has a significant positive impact on flow experience and work performance respectively; Flow experience has a significant positive impact on work performance; Flow experience preserves partial mediation effect between organizational justice and work performance; Flow experience preserves partial mediation effect between job characteristics and work performance.
