探討創意設計教育於茶學專業之跨域結合及課程構建

摘要


茶學是以茶為研究對象的學科,主要的研究物件包括:茶樹的栽培、育種,茶葉的生產、加工、檢驗、經營管理、貿易,茶葉的飲用方法、飲用器具,和茶葉相關的民俗、歷史、文化方面的研究。茶學的研究內容決定了它包含了各個面向屬性,是一門跨領域的學科。2014年,福建農林大學安溪茶學院開設了茶學(創意設計方向)專業,這是中國首次將創意設計教育納入茶學專業中的教學探索。這一探索符合未來創新的複合型人才培養趨勢,然而作為全新的教學模式,對於教師也是全新的挑戰。在這樣的背景下,探討如何在茶學專業中如何進行更為有效創意設計教育,以符合產業的發展和未來人才的需求,具有重要的現實意義。本研究基於教學實踐中存在的問題和困惑,結合當下茶產業和設計領域的理論和實務發展趨勢,為如何明確茶學(創意設計方向)的教學目標、提高教學成效提出解決方案。本研究的主要結論有以下幾點:第一,茶學(創意設計方向)中的設計教育應定位為通識教育的部分;第二,茶學(創意設計方向)中的設計教育,應該以培養學生的設計思考能力為核心,使茶學(創意設計方向)的人才在掌握茶學專業技能的同時,還能結合茶產業的發展真實現狀,培養學生的問題意識、創造性思考能力、動手能力、團隊協作能力以及跨領域整合運用知識的能力。第三,在具體的課程設置上,以培養學生的設計思考能力為前提,本研究針對茶學(創意設計方向)現有的設計類課程提出優化建議。

The main research objects of tea science include tea planting, production, processing, management, trade, drinking methods, drinking customs, history and culture. The study content of tea science has determined that it contains all aspects of attributes and is an interdisciplinary discipline. In 2014, the Anxi Tea College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University established the specialty of tea science (creative design). This is the first time China has incorporated creative design education into the teaching of tea science. This exploration is in line with the future innovation of the hybrid talent cultivation trend, but as a new teaching model, it is also a new challenge for teachers. Under such a background, it is of great practical significance to explore how to carry out more effective creative design education in the tea sciences in order to meet the development of the industry and the needs of future talents. This study d based on the problems and perplexities in the teaching practice, combines the theory and practical development trends of the current tea industry and design fields, and how to clarify tea science. (Creativity design) proposes solutions for teaching objectives and improving teaching effectiveness. The main conclusions of this study are the following: First, design education in tea science (creative design ) should be positioned as part of general education; second, design education in tea science (creative design direction) should be Cultivate students' design thinking ability as the core, so that talents in tea science (creative design) can grasp the true status quo of the development of the tea industry and cultivate problem awareness, creative thinking ability, and handson ability of the tea industry. , teamwork capabilities and the ability to integrate knowledge across domains. Thirdly, in the specific curriculum setting, on the premise of cultivating students' ability of design thinking, this study proposes optimization suggestions for the existing design courses in tea science (creative design).
