摘要

自1980年代中國大陸實施改革開放以來，城鎮化進入快速發展軌道，在歷經近四十餘年的高速發展後，既有建築的數量迅猛增加。與此同時，伴隨城市大規模的擴張，碳排放量急劇上升，加劇了生態環境的污染，因此建筑物的綠色改造成為近年來學術界研究關注的重要領域。改造的目的是為了適應社會、經濟發展對建築功能的需求，達到節能減排目標以滿足生態環境的保護和可持續發展的目的。自2000年代以來，節能成為建設領域的重要環節，節能改造技術作為綠色改造的重要組成部分，歷經多年實踐探索已取得豐富的理論和實踐成果，但距離全面實施綠色改造的目標還有距離，缺乏系統全面的研究。為深入探究綠色改造，本研究採取系統性回顧方法，對國外內相關文獻進行檢索，經內容分析後，共收納28部相關法規和45篇期刊文獻，再進行交叉檢視，在研讀總結文獻的基礎上，通過圖表等方式，歸納綠色改造的研究成果，為探究綠色改造的研究方向夯實基礎。

Since the implementation of reform and opening up in the mainland of China in the 1980s, urbanization has entered a rapid development track. After nearly 40 years of rapid development, the number of existing buildings has increased rapidly. At the same time, along with the large-scale expansion of the city, dismantling existing buildings has become an important measure for pursuing rapid economic growth, which has led to a sharp rise in carbon emissions and aggravated environmental pollution. Therefore, the green transformation of existing buildings has become an important area of concern in academia in recent years. The purpose of the transformation is to meet the needs of socio-economic development for building functions, to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction standards in order to achieve the protection and sustainable development of the ecological environment. Since the 2000s, energy-saving renovation has become an important part of the construction field. As an important component of green transformation, energy-saving technologies have achieved rich theoretical and practical achievements after many years of practical exploration. However, the goal of fully implementing green transformation is not enough. In order to further explore the green transformation of existing buildings, this research adopts a systematic review method to search relevant literature in foreign countries. After analysis, 28 related laws and regulations and 45 journal articles have been incorporated, and then cross-examination, on the basis of summarizing the results of the literature, through the form of charts and other methods, and lay a solid foundation for exploring the research direction of green transformation.
