Comparing the behavior features and the impact of the people involved in the process of implementation of conservation plan of Chinese traditional villages

In recent years, the protection of traditional villages in China is becoming more important. The participation of people in conservation process makes the protection form varied. The paper studied the people involved in the process of implementation of conservation plan of traditional villages, which was mainly divided into three aspects: governmental, rural and social aspects. According to the characteristics in the process of protecting action at all the three aspects and their mutual effects, the forms of protection were classified into four types: Assistance Management, Social Involvement Management, Tenant Involvement Management and Joint Management. Four villages in the Pearl River Delta matching with four types were selected. According to the variation of the actual situations of the villages, advantages, disadvantages of each case and overall characteristics were summarized. The paper helps to get a better understanding of problems in the process of the protection of Chinese traditional villages and predict the possible situations in the future and make corresponding countermeasures. The paper also put forward suggestions for improvement of each type of the village, expecting that each can make the appropriate adjustments according to their own situation.

近年中國對傳統村落的保護日漸重視，越來越的人參與到保護過程當中，使得保護形式呈現多樣。本文通過對傳統村落保護規劃實施過程中參與人群的研究，將主要參與者分為政府、村、社會三個層面。根據各個層面在保護過程中的行動特徵及其相互之間間的作用影響，將村落常見保護形式分為協助管理、共同管理、租戶介入、社會企業介入四種形式。選取珠江三角洲四個村落為四種形式代表，結合村落實際情況探討每種形式特徵與表現以及優缺點，並總結了四種形式都具有的整體特徵。希望通過此研究，對中國傳統村落保護過程中出現的現象與問題有更深入瞭解，幫助預測保護中可能出現的情況，以制定相應對策。本文還提出了每種形式的改進建議，希望村落能根據自身情況適當調整，以使保護之路走得更為順暢。
