A case study of urban characteristics based on urban development and Its Enlightenment to Macau

摘要

In the process of rapid urban development, the relationship between urban characteristics and urban development is more and more close. However, due to the assimilation of many urban characteristics, the original urban characteristics are missing. The establishment of the Great Bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau provides a new development platform for Macau, and also increases the mutual connection between the GBA. The author tries to take GBA as a whole and explore its overall urban characteristics.Through case comparison, inductive analysis, literature research and other research methods, through the interpretation of ＂urban characteristics＂ and urban development, this paper sums up the relationship between urban characteristics and urban development, and selects Chongqing with distinctive characteristics in the process of urban development and urban cluster characteristics optimization and renewal, Ruhr district of Germany and Xi'an's urban characteristics development Analysis. The author thinks that at present, the development strategy of urban characteristics in China can be started from four aspects: changing the traditional and solidified thinking, moderately renewing and rebuilding urban areas, deeply digging and developing human history, and making policies, so as to realize the sustainable development of urban characteristics.At the same time, it puts forward suggestions on the historical culture, ecology, education, health care, consumption, happiness and other aspects of Macau's characteristics in the GBA.
