The Comparative Study on Sino-US Service Trade Competition

In recent years, China and the United States have always had huge trade surpluses in their total trade. But at the same time, there is a huge trade deficit between China and the US in service trade. With China's accelerated economic restructuring, China's service trade industry has experienced unprecedented development, but it is still very different from the United States, where service trade is developing rapidly. This article will analyze the causes and differences of Sino-US service trade from three aspects: industry structure differences, competitiveness differences, and market share differences. This article finds out the problem through the differences in the data of Sino-US service trade, and then considers the differences between China and the United States in terms of industrial sectors, service objects, legal system and accounting system in service trade, and draws a comprehensive comparison. Finally, it is proposed that China's policy of developing service trade not only realizes the coordinated development of service trade and physical trade, but also continues to give play to the original comparative advantages while creating new competitive advantages. I reckon that through the research comparative research on Sino-US service trade, we can conclude a significant reference strategy of China's service trade in future.
