AN EMPIRICAL EXAMINATION OF CHINESE GENERAL EDUCATION POLICY ON MANAGING CHINESE EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT

摘要


Many Universities take the "Red Book of Harvard University" as the standard to develop general education. The earliest "general education" in China beginning in the curriculum setting of general education, followed by specialized education, and then the development of "humanistic quality education" was carried out. Policy is the foundation of management, and general education management interacts with general education policy. Education policy is the foundation of education management. From the policy text and interview text this paper, this paper uses Nvivo 12.0PLUS software to analyze the influence of policy on education management. The first point is to find out the problems in Chinese general education policy and put forward the countermeasures to improve it, and to find out the factors of general education policy affecting management education, and whether there is correlation between these factors, it shows that these factors are indispensable to education management. These conclusions have great influence on the management of general education in China. On the one hand, it enriches the policy research of general education in China and provides the theoretical study of general education policy for education managers in China. On the other hand, it is beneficial to guide the government to effectively manage the formulation and implementation of general education policies.
