摘要

The digital transformation of "three systems" of administrative law enforcement is the answer of the times to adapt to the construction of digital rule of law government, the inevitable choice to deepen the reform of administrative law enforcement system, and the way to innovate and optimize the method of administrative law enforcement. Therefore, promoting the digital transformation of the "three systems" of administrative law enforcement plays a pivotal role in further promoting the administration according to law and accelerating the construction of the rule of law government. At present, the research on the digital transformation of "three systems" of administrative law enforcement is still in its initial stage and needs further innovation and exploration. This paper combines the digital transformation practices of "three systems" of administrative law enforcement in Hebei Province, Zhongwei City of Ningxia Province and Guangdong Province to further explore the development law of digital transformation of "three systems" of administrative law enforcement and provide a reference for the digital transformation of the three systems.
