性侵害加害人團體治療之表達性藝術治療模式

摘要


本文主要目的為探討表達性藝術治療模式在性侵加害者的應用,以利諮商相關或相關領域的工作者,提供有別於認知模式的介入策略。表達藝術治療模式採用客體關係理論、心理分析與後現代治療觀點,以實際的藝術媒材、角色演出、文件使用等方式做為介入策略。團體主題的規畫與架構以性侵加害者的復原歷程為主軸,即家庭經驗、情緒探索、人格面具、案件討論與再犯預防。團體次數共24次並以團體初期、中期與後期三階段來規畫內容,透過此模式以開放且輕鬆的態度邀請成員開啟治療對話的空間,循序漸進的引導至核心議題探討,增加團體效益與治療效果。團體效益建構於創傷的復原、同理心、普同感、利他性、情緒宣洩、人際互動與凝聚力等有效因子,並透過性侵案件的討論與發展再犯預防策略進而使加害者在未來的犯罪機率減低。此外,根據理論探討提供團體介入方案,內容以主題、目標與技巧論述,並配合實際團體互動過程提供輔助說明,以供實務工作者參考。與性侵加害者工作有實務上的困難,因此,重新思考司法治療的再犯預防的策略,並持續不斷修正與創新,使治療師、司法機構與受刑人三角關係的合作更為落實,以確保治療效益。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the expressive art therapy application in sexual offenders, and to provide therapists different working model from cognitive therapy intervention. The expressive art therapy applies object relations theory, psychoanalysis and post-modern philosophy view of therapy, and uses artistic mediums, role play, document...etc. to intervene. Researchers' uses recovery process of sexual offenders as the main frame, and utilities different elements such as family experience, emotional exploration, persona, and case discussion. The course of group is designed into three phases (beginning, middle, and end), and meet total of 24 times. Researchers keep an open and easy attitude to invite members for open therapeutic dialogue. And then Researchers gradually lead the discussion into the core issues and increase its efficiency in the group. The group members benefits base from several factors include trauma recovery, empathy, sympathy Cape, altruism, catharsis, and other cohesion and effective interpersonal factors. Researchers hope to reduce the chance of re-offending through discussions with sexual assault cases and develop prevention strategies. Researchers provide intervention programs and explanation to interact with group for practitioners' reference. Working with sexual offender is difficult. Therefore, we should revisit the recidivism prevention strategies in our judicial treatment system. In order to ensure the therapeutic benefits, researchers believe we need to continue to revise and innovate our strategies to enhance the relationship between therapists, offenders, and judicial system.
