用毒後生活改變對初次施用毒品者中止／持續施用毒品之影響

摘要

國內有關毒品再犯和處遇研究相當豐富，但對於用毒前後改變相關研究則較不足；本研究主要目的透過605名受觀察勒戒人近9年（2009年－2018年）的長期定群追蹤調查，分析毒品施用者用毒前後在家庭依附、偏差同儕、遊樂生活型態及憂鬱傾向等變項的改變，對中止／持續施用毒品再犯的影響。研究結果顯示，施用毒品前後在家庭依附、偏差同儕、遊樂生活型態及憂鬱傾向有顯著改變；家庭依附、偏差同儕及憂鬱傾向等三者間具共變關係；家庭依附及偏差同儕的改變與中止／持續施用毒品有顯著關聯性，施用毒品前後遊樂生活型態與憂鬱傾向改變則無顯著影響，但無論中止或持續施用毒品者，用毒後憂鬱傾向均上升；最後根據研究結果提出相關建議。

There is abundant research which centers on recidivism and treatment for drug use offenders. Unfortunately, scant research had conducted to observe the change before and after drug use. This study is a long-term cohort study with 605 individuals receiving drug use in near 9 years (2009-2018) to analyze changes of family bonds, deviant peers, negative life events, depression inclination, and other variables influence on distance/ persistence of drug use. The study finds that pre- and post-changes of family bonds and deviant peers have significant correlation on number of the recidivism. The study points out that pre- and post-drug use changes in family bonds and deviant have a significant correlation with persistence and desistence of drug use. Pre-and post-changes in family bonds and deviant peers have significant influence on number of the recidivism. Only changes in family bonds have a significant influence on time distance of nonrecidivism. Changes in negative lifestyle and depression inclination have no significant influence in recidivism. In regard to the desist or persist drug users, the depression inclination rises after using drugs. Finally, the study provides related suggestions as reference for related authorities.
