自閉症學生之有效教學策略

Effective Teaching Strategies for Individuals with Autism

摘要

筆者從自閉症的定義來探討自閉症的困難及教學策略。建議校園的正向行為支持應該要（一）專業團隊需要有能力的領導者與合作夥伴（二）專業團隊需要正式編制心理師或治療師（三）透過溝通與關懷加強親師關係，將有助於家庭與學校關係（四）透過團隊的合作、溝通與有效介入，將會提升教師對自閉症學生的熱情（五）訓練志工成為人力重要資源。

This article addresses the problems and intervention strategies in terms of the definition of autism. The author suggests school-wide positive behavior support system should (1) employ effective leadership and collaboration, (2) recruit psychologists and therapists to form a collaborative team, (3) improve family-school relationships by building effective teacher-parent communications, (4) enhance teachers' passion for autistic students through collaboration and consultation, and (5) train volunteers as precious human resource.
