國小巡迴輔導服務現況與趨勢之探討

摘要

巡迴輔導與其他類型特殊教育班級型態的服務方式有所差異，因此如何在有限的時空下讓特殊需求學生與巡迴輔導教師在學習需求與教學專業的兩端取得平衡，並達到最好的教學效益有其探討之必要性。本文先就國內國小巡迴輔導制度探討，接續從國內外相關文獻分析巡迴輔導工作之困境，並從現行制度和特教工作教學現場提出巡迴輔導教師服務趨勢之觀點，文末則從上述之巡迴輔導困境，就行政層面以及教學層面提出對國小巡迴輔導服務之建議。

The itinerant service is different from other types of special education classes . It is necessary to discuss how to balance the learning needs and teaching between students with special needs and the itinerant tutors in the limited time and space, and achieve the best teaching efficiency. This article first discusses the itinerant tutoring system of domestic elementary schools, continues to analyze the difficulties of itinerant tutoring work from relevant domestic and foreign literature, and proposes the trend of itinerant tutors' service from the current system and the teaching site of special education work. Counseling dilemma, put forward suggestions for itinerant services in elementary schools on the administrative and teaching levels.
