教師信念之析論-以中部一所新設幼兒園為例

An Analysis of the Beliefs of Preschool Teachers: Using a New Preschool in Central Taiwan as an Example

摘要


本研究採用文獻分析法(literature review)與訪談法(interview survey)訪談中部地區某一新設幼兒園共8名教師,以利蒐集教師信念有關資料,作為立論相關依據。訪談結果顯示:(ㄧ)教師專業發展分期坐落在「求生階段」共3位、「強化階段」共1位、「求新階段」共1位、「成熟階段」共3位,當中有3位受訪者是第一次任職於幼兒園,其餘5位受訪者均具備幼兒園工作經驗﹔(二)在新設幼兒園第一年任教面臨的困境包含:缺乏參照實例、產生文化衝突、教師個人條件難以取信家長、處理家長因不瞭解園務而延伸的各種申訴問題等:(三)個人未來欲執行的教學或生涯目標規劃則包含:進行健康管理、懷孕生子、設計課程(如:繪畫、音樂、捏塑、語文)、執行個別化教育計畫等。

This study interviewed eight teachers of a newly built preschool in central Taiwan by conducting literature review and interview survey, to collect data regarding teachers' beliefs. The findings of the interview results are as follows: (1) From the perspective of developmental stages, three teachers were at the survival stage, one at the consolidation stage, one at renewal stage, and three at maturity stage. Among these eight teachers, three teachers worked in preschool for the first time, while five had the experience of teaching in preschool. (2) The challenges the teachers faced during their first year of teaching in preschool included the followings: lack of examples for reference, cultural conflict, difficulty to gain trust from parents with their individual qualification, and difficulty to cope with various complaints raised by parents who do not understand the preschool operation. (3) The future teaching goals or career plans of the teachers interviewed in this study included engaging in health management, getting pregnant and giving birth, designing curriculum (such as painting, music, kneading, and language), and executing individualized education plans.
