探討民眾對健康存摺的使用與評價

Use and Evaluation of My Health Bank from the Enrollees' Perspective

摘要


目的:從品質的觀點切入,探討民眾對於健康存摺的使用行為與評價。方法:以著名的資訊系統實施成功模式為理論基礎,採結構化問卷收集民眾的評價資料。採用SmartPLS第三版進行模式與假說驗證。結果:資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質皆顯著正向影響滿意度(R^2=0.71),路徑係數分別為0.236、0.502、0.205。此外,使用者滿意度顯著正向影響使用意圖(R^2=0.40),路徑係數為0.305。依變數為淨效益,模式整體解釋力達45.1%。結論:民眾對健康存摺在資訊品質、系統品質與服務品質構面皆有正向感受,增進民眾對健康存摺的滿意度並願意使用,整體正向的經驗有助於民眾對自我健康資訊的掌握,進而增強民眾做好健康管理的積極度。未來研究可於模式中納入更多變數,提高對民眾使用健康存摺的行為的預測和解釋,作為未來政府調整施政方向的參考。

Objective: To investigate the use and evaluation of the National Health Insurance Administration's My Health Bank feature. Method: A questionnaire survey, based on the information systems success model, was employed to collect evaluation data. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS (version 3). Results: Information quality, system quality, and service quality all had a significantly positive effect on satisfaction (R^2 = 0.71; path coefficients = 0.236, 0.502, and 0.205, respectively). In addition, user satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on the intention to use (R^2 = 0.40; path coefficient = 0.305). Considering the variables indicated a net benefit, the overall explanatory power of the model was 45.1%. Conclusion: The enrollees have positive feelings regarding information quality, system quality, and service quality. The system improves the enrollees' satisfaction with health passbooks and their willingness to use them. The overall positive experience helps the enrollees understand the self-health information and enhances their enthusiasm for health management. Further research could include more variables in the model and improve the prediction and interpretation of the behavior of people using health passbooks. This information may serve as a reference for future government adjustments to the system.
