某醫學中心臨床教師教學效能研究
A study on the Teaching Effectiveness of Clinical Teachers in a Medical Center
摘要
本研究主要探討某醫學中心臨床教師之教學效能表現程度現況，及針對不同的個人背景變項的某醫學中心臨床教師教學效能之差異情形。本研究為橫斷性研究，經文獻探討後編製問卷進行調查，採隨機取樣，以台灣地區某教學醫院醫學中心之臨床教師為研究對象，進行電子問卷調查。本研究以台灣地區某教學醫院醫學中心之臨床教師為研究母群，共計發出818份，有效回收率97％。所得資料進行敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及Scheffé多重比較。經由資料分析後，本研究獲致結果如下：一、某醫學中心臨床教師教學效能屬中等偏高程度，其中以和諧的人際關係程度最高。二、46歲以上臨床教師教學效能各層面分數高於其他年齡層臨床教師。三、臨床教師年資愈深，教學效能愈高；年資11至15年的臨床教師為行政主力，教學效能最低。四、教師階級愈高，其教學效能愈高。五、有接受教學工作坊訓練的臨床教師教學效能高於未接受教學工作坊訓練者。依照本研究結論，對教學醫院教育單位、臨床教師及後續研究者提出建議。

This cross-sectional study explored the current teaching effectiveness of clinical teachers in a medical center and the differences in teaching effectiveness between those of different backgrounds. A questionnaire was developed on the basis of a literature review, and it was distributed through convenience sampling. The survey respondents were clinical teachers in the medical center of a teaching hospital in Taiwan. A total of 818 questionnaires were distributed, and the valid retrieval rate was 97%. The survey data were analyzed using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, the independent-samples t test, analysis of variance, and Scheffé's method. The findings of the data analyses are summarized as follows: 1. The surveyed clinical teachers had medium to high teaching effectiveness. Harmonic interpersonal relationships had the highest score. 2. The teaching effectiveness scores of senior clinical teachers (i.e., those aged 46 and older) were higher than those of other participants in all aspects. 3. Clinical teachers with higher seniority had higher teaching effectiveness. The teaching effectiveness of those with 11 to 15 years of experience was lower than that of clinical teachers of other seniorities. 4. Clinical teachers with higher ranks had higher teaching effectiveness. 5. Teaching effectiveness was higher among clinical teachers who had received workshop training than among those who had not. On the basis of these results, this study provides some suggestions to the education units of teaching hospitals, clinical teachers, and future researchers.
