摘要

目的：本研究目的以延伸型整合性科技接受模式（UTAUT 2）為基礎，結合自我效能與行動科技認同等變數，藉以提升模型的解釋能力，有效預測護理人員行動科技的使用意圖，其中，行動科技認同與自我效能可了解其是否會影響護理人員對於行動科技使用行為意圖產生影響效果。方法：本研究以中部某地區醫療院所之護理人員為對象，使用問卷調查法共發出300份問卷，有效問卷回收272份，有效回收率為90.67%，並利用結構方程模式進行研究資料分析。結果：根據實證結果發現努力期望對於績效期望有正向顯著影響，績效期望、自我效能與行動科技認同對於行為意圖有正向顯著影響。結論：研究結果擬提供目前醫院針對推動行動科技使用等提供策略擬定之參考。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to improve the explanatory power of the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT 2) by combining it with self-efficacy measures and mobile technology identity, with the aim of effectively predicting the intention of nursing staff to use mobile technology. The effects of mobile technology identity and self-efficacy on the behavioral intention of nursing staff to use mobile technology were investigated. Methods: A questionnaire was distributed to 300 nurses from a medical institution in the central region of Taiwan. In total, 272 (90.67%) questionnaires were completed. A structural equation model was used to analyze the data. Results: Effort expectancy was positively and significantly correlated with performance expectancy, and performance expectancy, self-efficacy, and mobile technology identity had positive and significant influences on behavioral intention. Conclusion: The results can be used as a reference for hospitals to formulate strategies for promoting the use of mobile technology.
