臺灣社會發展下護理服務之需求分析

由於臺灣現今社會經濟的高度發展，使得人們更加注重自我健康及生活品質，進而提升對護理服務的需求及對品質的要求；醫院為因應現代社會人們之各種不同需求，必須進行服務進化與組織變革，使醫院能提供多元的服務以滿足其需求。本文旨在藉由系統性的社會分析與文獻整理，探討當前臺灣社會發展與護理服務之需求，並且提出可能解決改善的具體策略。最終本文綜合歸納出護理服務的項目內涵主要以滿足病人及家屬的需求，而護理服務的優化和進步可藉由組織變革來進行，以塑造醫院未來性的發展，使病人及家屬對醫院及護理人員具高度的信心及認同，以增強醫院的競爭力及效率，進而提升護理服務的價值。

Considering the rapid growth of economy in Taiwan nowadays, people are more conscious of their personal health and quality of life, thus higher expectation of nursing services and quality. In response to this wide variety of demands from modern society, hospitals, through services evolution and organizational change, are able to provide diversified services to satisfy different needs. This essay, by systematic society analyzing and literature collating, aims to discuss the social development in Taiwan, as well as nursing services demand, and provide possible solutions for these issues. Finally, this essay sums up the nursing services categories for patients' and their families' needs. Nursing services optimization and improvement via organizational change can shape hospital's future developments and in turn higher level of confidence and identification from patients and their families, which will increase hospital's competitiveness and efficiency, and finally elevate nursing services value.
