國家檔案數位典藏面臨的挑戰與發展方向

The Development Trend of National Electronic Archives and Its Challenges

摘要

檔案的典藏主要在提供全民原始（original）、權威（authentic）且一致的第一手記錄，然而在數位時代，檔案管理機構如何能不因時間的移轉、技術的改變，而長久持續的提供原始、權威、一致性的資料與服務給民眾，是一極大的挑戰。本文主要介紹美國國家檔案及文件署（NARA）的電子記錄典藏計畫（ERA）、電子查詢計畫（EAP）及英國的檔案整合查詢計畫（A2A）有關電子檔案記錄典藏與服務的作法，供國內檔案主管機關參考。

This article will introduce ERA and EAP of National Archives and Records Administration and A2A project of England. Their experiences will provide good references for National Archives, R. O. C.
