摘要

線上目錄是使用者開啟資訊之鑰，可以協助使用者在浩瀚資源中篩揀出所需要的資訊，線上目錄使用者研究有助於我們了解使用者資訊需求行為，並可作為改善資訊檢索系統設計之參考。本文以國內外有關線上目錄使用者檢索行為研究相關文獻為範圍，綜合文獻所述歸納使用行為相關議題為檢索問題、檢索詞彙及檢索互動研究三方面加以探討，以為我國檔案線上目錄查詢系統功能設計及使用指導規劃之參考。

The online catalog is a gateway for users to access information. Through the users studies of online catalog, we can understand users' information seeking behavior and improve the design of information retrieval system. This paper reviews related literatures in user studies of online catalog. Surveying these literatures, we discuss three topics users' search question, search terms and users' interaction analysis. As the result, we provide suggestions for improving the system function of archive online catalog.
