摘要

近年來由於受資訊科技的進步及檔案法施行的影響，國內檔案館之營運管理亦隨之調整，以中研院近史所檔案館為例，在數位化的時代，無論就檔案徵集、檔案編排、檔案描述、館藏數位化、讀者服務、資源整合與館際合作等，皆有不同於傳統的處理方式，本文即針對這些問題提出探討及因應之策。

Because of the improvement in information technology and the promulgation of Archives Act, archival work, including acquisition, arrangement and description, digitalization of collection, reference service, etc. have been changed a lot. For archives, how to meet the changes and promote efficiency of archives management is a challenge. This article describes the challenges the Archives of Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica faced, and introduces the new approaches they adopted in several aspects to meet the challenges.
