摘要

本文旨在探究中學校史研究裡頭，居於關鍵地位的「史料蒐集」與「檔案建立」相關的觀念、方法與程序。鑑於目前校史研究常見的缺失，本文除概論文字史料蒐集的基本原則外，特別著重口述歷史訪談的探究，並試圖就史料、檔案蒐羅與徵集，設法規劃出足能支持及運作的制度；最後，則是從四個面向擴充「校史」內涵，藉以充實意義，提升研究品質。中學校史研究若能朝向理想發展，將有助於學校革新；同時透過此一研究行動，也能有助於教職員工生在校園裡頭掌握其豐富的生活意義。

This paper aims at studying how to search and collect historical materials, and how to set up archives through a well-knit process for the writing of high school history. Especially, in order to get better research quality, this paper provides some interview guides for oral history, explores a clear model for the whole research procedure, and strengthens the conception of school history from four dimensions. Two primary functions of school history ought to be identified. First, a historical perspective is necessary for school innovation. Secondly, an ideal writing to high school history will contribute to the meaningful life for all the people in school.
