兩岸清代檔案數位資料庫之建置與合作芻議

The Cooperation of Establishing Qing-era Archives Digitalized Databases between Taiwan and China

摘要

清代檔案分別典藏於海峽兩岸的檔案典藏單位，以大陸爲例，主要典藏於中國第一歷史檔案館與遼寧省檔案館；而臺灣則分別儲存於中央研究院的史語所與國立故宮博物院。以檔案學的學理而言，無論是大陸或臺灣的清代檔案典藏，都同屬於清代皇室的一個檔案全宗。由於歷史的因素，導致原同屬於一個全宗的清代皇室檔案，目前分別儲存於兩岸的不同單位。本文主要探討兩岸清代檔案的典藏單位，進行檔案數位化的資料庫建置現況，並進而比較兩岸的不同，最後，探討兩岸清代皇室檔案進行合作的可行性。

Qing-era archives mainly deposit in different repositories across the straits. Mainland China as example, Qing-era archives are doposited in Chinese First Historical Archives and Liaoning Provincial Archives. On the other hand, in Taiwan, Qing-era archives are deposited in both the Institute of History & Philology, Academia Sinica and National Palace Museum respectively. According to the theory of archival science, whether mainland China or Taiwan's Qing-era archives, they are all belong to one fond of Qing-era archives. Due to the factors of history, the original one fond of Qing-era archives are deposited in the different repositories across the straits. This paper mainly discuss the current status of digitalization of Qing-era archives in China and Taiwan. Furthermore, the cooperation of establishing Qing-era archives digitalized databases between China and Taiwan are discussed.
