2010年ECFA元年的代名詞,兩岸自ECFA協議正式簽定後,貿易活動更加頻繁,根據世界銀行2009年的報告,在中國的障礙成本指標0.8,在APEC各會員國中排名第四。有鑑於海峽兩岸貿易活動的頻繁,研究兩岸物流合作的新模式為企業找到省錢省時省稅的最佳物流方案更顯重要。 本論文之研究主要是運用深度訪談,邀請兩岸專家、學者針對兩岸第三方物流未來發展提出見解,並蒐集國內外有關兩岸物流發展文獻資料及學術理論,由策略角度探討兩岸競合關係下最佳合作模式。結合專家意見並分析兩岸經貿發展趨勢,本論文同時探討中國物流市場商機以供台灣業者進軍大陸的營運參考。 從本文研究結果發現運用台灣經驗為基礎,以中國大陸為行銷基地的混合型聯盟策略是最可行的方式,其創新合作模式在於運用雙方政府對自貿港及物流專區所提供的優惠,佐以第三方物流的專業,兩岸物流業聯合行銷的合作模式必可為企業帶來最大的便利,讓企業的全球銷售通路找到捷徑。 除此之外,中國物流商機多,台灣可憑藉其豐富國際經驗,短期業務方向可著重在網購、宅配、低溫配送及邊境貿易四方面,運用聯盟快速在中國內地城市插旗,攻城掠地;中長期目標應考量未來營運策略,利用短期已建立的實力及對當地法規的了解,發展自己的網絡,併購當地相關企業加速成長,藉力使力進軍世界市場,營造兩岸物流聯網合作新營運合作模式。強強聯手站穩中國物流市場,攻佔國際運輸商機。
ECFA agreement signed makes 3rd party logistics service providers in both China and Taiwan full filled with critical and challenges. As China is no more a production center but also the largest consumer market in the world who need more professional supply chain management supporting than before. The agreement makes Taiwan logistics good opportunity to entry logistics market and gain the max benefit. Short term strategy put efforts on domestic and freeze cargo delivery; middle and long term strategy should be forecasted on marge and combination with local logistics providers. This content has searched and did analysis what the future development key function is, and where most benefit in the near future to logistics suppliers in Taiwan are. According to data research, we found the best way is co-operation but not competing. Both China and Taiwan government offers lots of incentive encourage export and import, the new logistic service model will provide the most economic way to all.
