Functional Appraisal of Records: Concepts and Methodologies
摘要
本文旨在探討檔案功能鑑定之理念基礎與鑑定方法，對於各國功能鑑定制度之推展經驗與特色亦併予探討；最後檢討功能鑑定制度之運作成效，提出未來的發展方向建議。

The purpose of this article is to explore the concepts and methodologies of functional appraisal on records, and to discuss the propagation experience and characteristics of functional appraisal practices in several advanced countries. Finally, the paper evaluates the effectiveness of functional appraisal operation and also proposes suggestions regarding the future development of the system.
