The study aims (1) to survey junior high school students' concepts of economic ethics and their behaviors, (2) to analyze family and school factors and how they influnce the concepts of economic ethics, (3) to analyze family and school factors and how they influence student s' behaviors, and (4) to make a suggestion of strengthening the education of economic ethics. In the study, 580 boy students and 602 girl students in school had been tested without choice. And research precedures included theoretial researches and a questionaire. Statastic formulas used were t-test, F-fest, z-test, and K. Pearson: product-moment correlation. The major discoveries of the study are as follows: 1. In the concepts of economic ethics, students' cooperation, honesty, responsibility and frugality are quite accurate. 2. In the behaviors of economic ethics, students' honesty, responsibility, obedience to law, frugality are quite good; while it is no good in cooperation. 3. In family factors, "social and economic status" may be influentially important. "residential region", "father's occupation", and "material enjoyment" have little influence. "ranking" is no influential factor at all. 4. In school factors, "grade", "class", and "school achievement" may be influentially important. According to the above-mentioned researches and discoveries, suggestions then should be as follows: (a) For family education 1. Edit publications about economic development and economic ethics, and then send them to students' parents. 2. Establish consult department for family education. (b) For school education: 1. Edit text books of economic ethics. 2. Exert the functions of group activities. 3. Strengthen assisting and quiding work. (c) For social education: 1. Purity the contents of mass communications. 2. Prohibit luxurious entertaiment parks.
