The Dilemma of Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Fuyang City of Anhui Province and Its Countermeasures

摘要

In recent years, Fuyang City of Anhui Province has actively carried out precise poverty alleviation work, but the effect of precise poverty alleviation work is not satisfactory. Firstly, this paper analyses the current situation of precise poverty alleviation in Fuyang City from the aspects of target management mechanism, industry poverty alleviation, infrastructure construction, relocation project of land-changing poverty alleviation and social security policy. Then, it analyses the current difficulties faced by the precise poverty alleviation in Fuyang City, such as single source of poverty alleviation funds, inappropriate allocation of poverty alleviation resources, lack of talents in the poverty alleviation team, over-emphasis on forms of poverty alleviation work, and inadequate propaganda of poverty alleviation policies. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of precise poverty alleviation in Fuyang City.
