The Studies of Hakka Architecture's Implications under the New Era

摘要


Architectures in Hakka region of Lingnan area has quite architectural features and the historical value, there has a considerable quantity of Hakka buildings in Guangdong, Jiangxi and Fujian at present. The evolution of the architecture is attributed to environmental adaptation and historical background. With the development of modern urban culture, the great changes have taken place in the urban and rural areas of Hakka region, and it is worth to think deeply about the influence and enlightenment by Hakka architecture to modern architecture under the circumstances along with the changes of times. This paper will conduct a study on the development of Hakka architecture under the new era and the impact of the outside world upon the historical background about a large outflow of people from Hakka areas.
